Vaccine Policy

This policy applies to everyone who works with GA Software / Galpón Digital, especially those who take part in in-person activities (customer visits, installations, events).

1. General principle

We recommend keeping up with the national vaccination schedule and any vaccines advised by each person's own doctor (for example flu, COVID-19, tetanus-diphtheria boosters). Vaccination is a personal decision.

Unless a law or health authority requires it for a specific activity, vaccination is not mandatory and is not a condition for working with us.

2. No discrimination

Nobody receives unfavorable treatment, has their work reduced or is disciplined for being or not being vaccinated. Medical, religious or personal reasons for not vaccinating are respected.

3. Privacy of health information

Health data is sensitive data protected by Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law 25,326. We do not ask for certificates or information about vaccination status, and nobody is required to share it.

If someone chooses to share it voluntarily, it is kept confidential, used only for the stated purpose and not disclosed to third parties.

4. In-person activities

When an in-person activity has health requirements set by an authority, a venue or a customer, they are communicated in advance. If someone cannot or does not want to meet them, we offer a reasonable alternative, such as joining remotely, whenever possible.

5. Illness and absences

Anyone with symptoms of a contagious illness should avoid in-person activities and may work remotely or take time off, depending on how they feel, without penalty. Sick leave is handled under the applicable labor regulations.

6. Review

This policy is updated when health authority recommendations or regulations change, and is reviewed at least once a year. See also the Workplace Policy.
