Workplace Policy
This policy applies to everyone who works with GA Software / Galpón Digital: team members, contractors and vendors, whether remote or on site.
1. Respect and non-discrimination
Everyone is treated with respect. Discrimination and harassment based on gender, sexual orientation, age, origin, religion, disability, political opinion, health status or any other personal characteristic are not tolerated.
This applies to meetings, chats, calls, email, WhatsApp groups and any other work channel.
2. Harassment and unacceptable conduct
Sexual harassment, bullying, threats, repeated mockery, verbal or physical violence and abuse of authority are prohibited. A single serious incident is enough for action to be taken.
3. Health and safety
Work is organized to be safe. Anyone working in a physical space (office, client premises, technical visit) must follow that place's safety and hygiene rules and report any risk they notice.
Anyone who feels unwell or has symptoms of a contagious illness may stay home or work remotely without penalty. See also the Vaccine Policy.
4. Working hours, disconnecting and remote work
Hours and availability are agreed in advance. Outside those hours nobody is required to answer messages, except for an agreed on-call shift for production incidents.
Remote work is a standard arrangement. We expect clear communication, agreed deadlines to be met and early notice of any setback.
5. Confidentiality and customer data
Data belonging to our customer businesses and their own customers (sales, balances, phone numbers, receipts) is confidential. It is accessed only when needed to provide support, using the minimum data necessary, and is never shared or used for any other purpose.
Credentials are never shared. Work devices and accounts must be password-protected, with two-step verification where available.
6. Responsible use of tools
Company tools (accounts, servers, databases, WhatsApp, email) are for work. Accessing production or writing to live databases requires explicit authorization.
7. How to report a concern
Anyone may report a situation that goes against this policy, in writing or in a private conversation. Reports are handled confidentially, and there is no retaliation against anyone who reports in good faith.
Each case is reviewed with the people involved. Measures range from a warning to ending the working relationship or contract, depending on severity.

8. Legal framework and review
This policy complements, and does not replace, the labor and data protection laws in force in the Argentine Republic. It is reviewed at least once a year.
